Use every part of a hat to create lucrative decorations. The Hotronix® 360 IQ® Hat Press allows you to print the front, back and sides, without having to remove the headwear at all. The quick and easy loading mechanism allows you to move the hat, let the Hat Press hold it in place and then work freely with both of your hands.

All of this is possible through the presses patented dual silicone platens. These silicone molded platens are unique in allowing every part of your hat to be pressed perfectly.

The dual silicone platens are also One-Size-Fits-All – you do not have to exchange platens for different kinds of hats with the Hotronix® 360 IQ® Hat Press. Full Control

Through the touchscreen of the Hotronix® 360 IQ® Hat Press, you are able to access the Fusion IQ® controller. This control panel shows you exactly how much time each of your prints is going to take and at what temperature your platens are. You can set time and temperature for both upper and lower platen individually.

This control board also gives you full control over your efficiency. Access a variety of statistics and learn how many applications have been done in a day or by an individual operator.

 

 

Free accessory: Foam Pad in three thicknesses

Your purchase of a Hotronix® 360 IQ® Hat Press includes three Foam Pads of different thicknesses. These are used when applying dimensional patches and emblems to distribute pressure evenly. For the perfect applications every time, you need nothing but your Hotronix® 360 IQ® Hat Press, your transfers and the hats of your choice.
